Engagement Development Associate

Job Summary

To advance fundraising and donor engagement efforts, the remote Engagement Development Associate will manage the Foundation's communications schedule, coordinate campaign workflows, and develop content for email and direct mail outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Foundation's communications schedule to ensure timely and effective outreach
• Coordinate campaign workflows and develop compelling content for donor communications
• Build email communications in Engaging Networks and support performance reporting and testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• 1+ years of experience in nonprofit development, marketing, communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms; experience with Engaging Networks is a plus
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messages for donor audiences
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
