Engagement Development Associate

Job Summary

To advance fundraising and donor engagement efforts, the remote Engagement Development Associate will manage the Foundation's communications schedule, coordinate campaign workflows, and develop compelling content for email and direct mail outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the communications schedule to ensure timely and accurate outreach
• Coordinate campaign workflows and develop content for various communication channels
• Build email communications in Engaging Networks and support performance reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, nonprofit management, or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in nonprofit development, marketing, or communications
• Strong writing and editing skills tailored for donor audiences
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, preferably Engaging Networks
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
