Engagement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and partners, building strong relationships and managing expectations
• Lead implementation from mobilization through deployment, including resource planning, governance, and adherence to methodologies

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems applications consulting, with 5+ years in program or project leadership roles
• Strong experience managing and delivering complex projects, including planning and tracking
• Experience with SaaS and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday)
• High level of ownership, initiative, and adaptability, with strong prioritization skills
• Business Spend Management experience is a plus
