Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Director Strategic Transformation & Customer Success Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding enterprise customers through large-scale digital transformation initiatives
- Lead pre-sales engagement activities and collaborate with teams to develop scalable implementation proposals
- Provide executive oversight across complex engagements, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery execution
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or professional services engagements
- Proven success in leading complex digital transformation initiatives
- 4+ years of enterprise-level program or project leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business/technology degree preferred
- Experience collaborating with technical architects and subject matter experts
