Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Director Strategic Transformation & Customer Success Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding enterprise customers through large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Lead pre-sales engagement activities and collaborate with teams to develop scalable implementation proposals
  • Provide executive oversight across complex engagements, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and delivery execution
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or professional services engagements
  • Proven success in leading complex digital transformation initiatives
  • 4+ years of enterprise-level program or project leadership experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business/technology degree preferred
  • Experience collaborating with technical architects and subject matter experts
