Job Summary
Leading strategic client engagements, the full-time Engagement Director will manage executive relationships, shape solution roadmaps, and ensure measurable value delivery for a portfolio of accounts in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own executive stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior client leaders
- Build and maintain account strategies tied to measurable business outcomes
- Lead discovery and advisory workshops to frame business problems and define value streams
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategic client engagements within IT services, consulting, or digital transformation
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
- Consultative approach to problem framing, roadmap creation, and value realization
- Experience collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams
- Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and steering committees
