Job Summary

Leading client relationships remotely, the full-time Engagement Director will manage a portfolio of clients, drive account growth, and ensure successful service delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and identify opportunities for expanding services within assigned accounts
• Oversee service delivery and contract management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Lead project kickoffs and manage project execution, aligning resources and stakeholder expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in account management, project management, or client engagement roles
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and build strong client relationships
• 10+ years of experience in a specific practice area
• Ability to interact with Executive Leadership (C Suite)
