Engagement Director

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, the full-time remote Engagement Director will lead enterprise customers through large-scale digital transformation initiatives, managing both pre-sales and post-sales engagement strategies across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Guide enterprise customers in developing and executing transformation strategies that align with their business objectives
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to shape and deliver high-value implementation proposals and oversee complex engagements
• Mentor delivery teams and contribute to the evolution of internal methodologies and engagement frameworks

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise consulting or professional services engagements
• Proven track record of leading complex digital transformation initiatives in enterprise environments
• 4+ years of program or project leadership experience at the enterprise level
• Strong experience in pre-sales and solutioning environments, including scoping large implementation programs
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business/technology degree preferred
