Job Summary

- Lead a team of software engineers focused on increasing user engagement on the platform

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- 1+ years in an engineering leadership role managing software engineers
- Experience working with cross-functional, collaborative teams
- Experience building user-facing engagement functionality is a plus
