Job Summary
Leading day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of healthcare and life sciences clients, the full-time Engagement Lead will translate strategy into action, synthesize complex data, and manage client relationships while operating within a senior consulting team.
Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and ensure alignment across commercial and medical priorities
- Serve as the day-to-day client lead, facilitating meetings and building trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Apply structured consulting-style thinking to client challenges, providing cohesive recommendations based on scientific and market data
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, consulting, or advisory environments
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional accounts or projects
- Exposure to consulting, brand strategy, or data-driven environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to synthesize complex information
- Confident communicator with strong client presence and presentation skills
