Job Summary
Owning the full lifecycle of client delivery, the remote Engagement Lead will manage Managed Service engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and contract compliance while serving as a strategic advisor to client executives.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of accountability for one or more Managed Service engagements, overseeing delivery outcomes and client satisfaction
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to align engagement delivery with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture and coaching junior team members on the Boomi platform and delivery practices
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology services, managed services, consulting, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with the Boomi platform; Boomi Professional or Architect certification is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and executive stakeholder relationships
- Proven track record of delivering software projects in agile and/or waterfall environments
- Experience working with Sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities
