Job Summary

Owning the full lifecycle of client delivery, the remote Engagement Lead will manage Managed Service engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and contract compliance while serving as a strategic advisor to client executives.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for one or more Managed Service engagements, overseeing delivery outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor to align engagement delivery with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture and coaching junior team members on the Boomi platform and delivery practices
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise technology services, managed services, consulting, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with the Boomi platform; Boomi Professional or Architect certification is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex client engagements and executive stakeholder relationships
  • Proven track record of delivering software projects in agile and/or waterfall environments
  • Experience working with Sales teams to identify and develop new opportunities
