Engagement Lead

Job Summary

Leading a large-scale enterprise analytics transformation initiative, the full-time remote Engagement Lead will manage the delivery of Plant Performance Reporting modernization, oversee executive stakeholder engagement, and coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing operations in the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the Plant Performance Reporting transformation program
• Serve as the primary point of contact for executive business stakeholders and IT leadership
• Lead overall program governance, including steering committee meetings and risk management

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading large-scale Data & Analytics or Digital Transformation programs
• Strong experience working with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Operations Finance initiatives
• Proven executive stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Experience managing global delivery teams with distributed onshore/offshore execution models
• Strong understanding of BI and analytics delivery using Power BI and Snowflake
