Engagement Lead for Clinical Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Lead (Managed Service Team).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate between various teams to ensure effective execution of UAT activities
• Define and manage the delivery roadmap, project milestones, and reporting cadence
• Guide and mentor team members while supporting process optimization and change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Clinical Operations systems or business systems management
• Strong background in project and program leadership within a regulated Life Sciences environment
• Understanding of system validation (CSV) and UAT processes
• Experience in business process analysis
