Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Lead - Governance Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing account communication
- Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual commitments and governance practices
- Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and proposing additional services
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in IT outsourcing or managed services, with expertise in ITSM and AMS / IMS engagements
- Strong background in client relations, vendor management, and service delivery within complex contracts
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degrees are desirable
- Experience in conducting training sessions for team members on client requirements and compliance standards
- Ability to provide expert guidance on supplier contractual commitments and negotiations
