Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Lead - Governance Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing account communication
  • Oversee service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual commitments and governance practices
  • Identify opportunities for account growth by understanding client needs and proposing additional services
Required Qualifications
  • 15+ years of experience in IT outsourcing or managed services, with expertise in ITSM and AMS / IMS engagements
  • Strong background in client relations, vendor management, and service delivery within complex contracts
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degrees are desirable
  • Experience in conducting training sessions for team members on client requirements and compliance standards
  • Ability to provide expert guidance on supplier contractual commitments and negotiations
