Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational point of contact for extended-stay hotel program requests
• Liaise with hotel suppliers to negotiate rates and confirm engagement contracts
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with client policies and documentation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in corporate travel or lodging programs, preferably with enterprise clients
• Proven experience in hotel sourcing and rate negotiation
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with GDS systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Exceptional attention to detail and process adherence
