Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead complex implementation projects for medium to large enterprises, ensuring successful outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget
• Collaborate closely with clients to design and implement tailored solutions that drive impactful change and enhance learning experiences
• Measure and report on the success of implementations, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each client

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success roles
• Proven track record of managing complex projects with responsibility for stakeholder management and outcomes
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus
• Strong project and program management skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders
