Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute key engagement initiatives such as facilitating sessions, drafting newsletters, and planning events
• Contribute to short and long-term engagement road maps to enhance team morale and collaboration
• Manage reporting and metrics to monitor program success and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or 5+ years' experience in a fast-paced industry
• 3+ years' experience in program management or operational role
• Proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and Powerpoint / Google Slides
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
• Hands-on knowledge of project management tools like ClickUp or Asana preferred
