Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager II.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program management and act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value
• Serve as a technical expert to architect and manage web performance and security solutions
• Define account strategy, establish key relationships, and build a project pipeline

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-facing role with an understanding of the consulting process
• Proven track record in managing and delivering large technical customer projects
• Familiarity with web development technologies, methodologies, and languages like HTTP or DNS
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
