A company is looking for an Engagement Manager II to serve as a trusted advisor to financial institutions, focusing on customer success and program management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own program management and ensure customers derive maximum value from solutions
• Act as a technical advisor for web performance and security solutions
• Define account strategies, establish key relationships, and maintain project pipelines

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-facing role with an understanding of the consulting process
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large technical customer projects
• Familiarity with web development technologies and methodologies such as HTTP or DNS
• Able to work independently and as part of a remote team
