Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact for client engagements
  • Lead the project team throughout the delivery process, managing scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identify gaps in solution delivery and propose solutions while mentoring team members
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a professional services organization with consulting experience
  • Experience working on ServiceNow projects is required
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification is preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred
