Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to join their Professional Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to tailor quantum optimization solutions effectively
• Lead project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and addressing concerns efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent education and experience
• 7+ years of professional experience in consulting and/or leading complex software development projects at large scale
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated expertise in optimization solutions
• Experience working in various industries and learning new domains while adding business value
