Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute implementation plans in accordance with signed SOWs
  • Manage and maintain collaboration tools for customer engagement
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and manage customer escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Information Science, or Business
  • Experience with Agile and Lean practices preferred
  • Significant experience working with C-level stakeholders
  • Experience with project management and P&L responsibilities
