Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Engagement Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute implementation plans in accordance with signed SOWs
- Manage and maintain collaboration tools for customer engagement
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and manage customer escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultative, customer-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management of Information Science, or Business
- Experience with Agile and Lean practices preferred
- Significant experience working with C-level stakeholders
- Experience with project management and P&L responsibilities
