Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee full lifecycle deployments using their deployment methodology.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle deployments for low/medium complexity projects
• Resolve issues creatively and effectively throughout the deployment process
• Lead project teams and present at Customer Executive Steering Committee meetings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with HCM (Recruiting) or Financial implementations in medium or large enterprises
• 3+ years of experience implementing applications such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft
• 3+ years of experience in both functional and technical deployments
• Proven track record in project management delivery within a professional services environment
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and third-party project teams
