Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Agile/Scrum certification, or equivalent education and experience
- 7+ years of professional experience in consulting or leading complex software development projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels
- Experience working across various industries and learning new domains
