Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to oversee full lifecycle deployments and resolve issues creatively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle deployments using the Workday Deployment Methodology for low/medium projects
• Resolve issues effectively and creatively throughout the deployment process
• Lead project teams and present at Customer Executive Steering Committee meetings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with HCM (Recruiting) or Financial implementations in medium or large enterprises
• 3+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
• 3+ years of experience with both functional and technical deployments
• Solid track record in Project Management delivery within a Professional Services environment
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities simultaneously
