Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support activities related to communications, conferences, presentations, and platform administration
• Lead clinical content strategy and curate clinical and economic content through eNewsletter dissemination
• Develop and present recruitment and engagement strategies while monitoring key performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or six years of equivalent experience
• Postgraduate degree (e.g., Ph.D., DrPH, M.D., PharmD) preferred but not required
• At least 3 years of experience in a US managed care organization or related field
• Leadership experience or a desire for management responsibilities long-term
• Experience with formulary management services is preferred
