Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to manage multiple CRM marketing programs and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring deliverables align with business goals and are executed on time
  • Translate client goals into actionable marketing objectives and lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated MarTech programs
  • Oversee project execution, track work in project management tools, and identify risks or roadblocks impacting delivery
Required Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in client management, account management, or project management within a marketing or digital environment
  • Experience managing client accounts or programs, particularly in multi-channel marketing initiatives
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Iterable, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Understanding of audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis
