Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead strategic customer engagements and drive value realization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, multi-phase implementations and ensure overall engagement success
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams and engage with senior customer stakeholders
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder relationships to drive measurable business impact
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success roles
  • Direct experience leading complex implementation projects in medium or large enterprises
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience engaging with C-level and senior stakeholders
