Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead strategic customer engagements and drive value realization for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, multi-phase implementations and ensure overall success from discovery to adoption
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams and engage with senior stakeholders to align solutions with strategic priorities
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget while identifying opportunities for partnership expansion
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success roles
  • Experience leading complex implementation projects in medium or large enterprises
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • A Master's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
