Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager responsible for overseeing customer program execution and maintaining client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee program execution and deliverables for assigned customer contracts and programs
  • Monitor and track contracted service levels to ensure compliance and performance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding program service performance and issues
