Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead customer engagement and service delivery across cloud and compliance programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and transition to operations
• Lead customer kickoff activities and develop detailed project plans while coordinating work across technical teams
• Manage ongoing Continuous Monitoring activities and ensure compliance deliverables are met

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of project delivery experience in roles such as Project Management or Engagement Management
• 2+ years of experience with cloud and compliance projects for government or commercial customers
• Experience in schedule management, resource management, and budget tracking
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Experience managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and executing delivery best practices
