Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to build strong relationships with clients and guide them through their automation journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and building long-term relationships
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS or IT services
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation principles is a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
