Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to build strong relationships with clients and guide them through their automation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and building long-term relationships
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in enterprise software/SaaS or IT services
- Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Automation principles is a plus
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
