Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead strategic customer engagements and drive value realization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-phase implementations and ensure overall success of customer engagements
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams and engage with senior customer stakeholders to align solutions with strategic priorities
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and stakeholder relationships while identifying opportunities for partnership expansion
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success roles
- Direct experience leading complex implementation projects in medium or large enterprises
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and engagements effectively
