Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager who will deliver value to customers through project management and customer support skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and run implementations for the North America region
- Ensure accountability and successful engagements with key account customers
- Act as a technical resource and maintain high data quality for customer engagements
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of technical project management or similar experience
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce.com
- Self-starter with the ability to manage time and work independently
- Strong customer orientation and passion for user experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical domain preferred
