Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager who will deliver value to customers through project management and customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, lead, and run implementations for the North America region
  • Ensure accountability and successful engagements with key account customers
  • Act as a technical resource and maintain high data quality for customer engagements
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of technical project management or similar experience
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce.com
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage time and work independently
  • Strong customer orientation and passion for user experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical domain preferred
