Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager who possesses analytical and technical skills along with strong customer-facing abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, lead, and run implementations for the North America region
  • Ensure successful engagements with key account customers by meeting project objectives and timelines
  • Act as a technical resource in meetings with customers, ensuring high data quality and addressing issues promptly
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years of technical project management or similar experience
  • Experience in partnering with business stakeholders and technical professionals for project implementations
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in ambiguous situations
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Salesforce.com
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical domain preferred
