Engagement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Manager to lead the implementation of technology solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple concurrent projects, coordinating teams across various locations and managing project challenges
• Develop project artifacts and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget while identifying engagement-related risks
• Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and engage regularly with customer stakeholders for feedback and direction

Qualifications:

• 5-8+ years of experience managing mid-to-large or complex engagements autonomously
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred
• PMP, Agile, or relevant certifications strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Professional Services Automation tools, ideally Certinia
• Demonstrated ability to manage consulting teams and customer relationships effectively
