Job Summary

Engagement Manager, a full-time position responsible for managing customer engagements, ensuring value delivery from products, and overseeing professional services operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple billable customer engagements, ensuring successful delivery and value realization
  • Oversee project management activities, including engagement kickoffs, project charters, and deliverables
  • Assist in professional services operations, including resource management, onboarding, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Strong project/program management experience in service delivery for strategic customers
  • Experience with project financial fundamentals and PSA tools like Financial Force
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and change management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage competing client demands
