Job Summary

To support a prestigious FinServ Services team, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will manage program initiatives, serve as a trusted advisor to Fortune 100 financial institutions, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through strategic planning and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Own program management and act as a trusted advisor to maximize customer value from solutions
• Define account strategies, establish key relationships, and maintain a project pipeline
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop a culture of excellence and empower team synergy

Required qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong understanding of the consulting process
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large technical customer projects successfully
• Familiarity with web development and security technologies, methodologies, and languages
• Ability to articulate technical information clearly and effectively in presentations
