Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Leading AI solution deployments for a diverse client base, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will define client engagement strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and provide strategic guidance to ensure successful technology integration and change management.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall client engagement strategy for AI deployments, acting as the executive sponsor and trusted advisor
• Direct cross-functional deployment teams, establishing vision, priorities, and governance for client initiatives
• Oversee the deployment lifecycle, managing timelines, resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with client goals

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engagement Manager or in a similar managerial role within a consulting environment
• Proven track record of leading successful technology deployments, particularly in AI solutions
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business settings
• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), General Merchandise, and/or Retail industries is a strong plus
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field preferred
