To support the adoption of AI in hiring workflows, the full-time Engagement Manager will build strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders, guide organizations through change management, and drive revenue outcomes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes using AI
• Guide organizations through onboarding, adoption, and expansion of AI-driven workflows
• Synthesize insights from customer interactions to influence product and sales strategies

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in consulting, customer-facing, or strategy roles at high-growth B2B startups or top-tier firms
• Proven ability to engage with executives and operators effectively
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills for data-driven decision-making
• Experience in change management and guiding customers through transformation
• Natural communication skills to distill complex information clearly
