Job Summary
To support a growing base of SMB customers, the full-time Engagement Manager will drive AI adoption, manage onboarding processes, and ensure account health while working remotely from New York City.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact onboarding for new SMB customers, ensuring a smooth ramp and quick path to value
- Use data to proactively identify and engage customers, driving product adoption at scale
- Track usage to detect risk and balance higher-touch engagements with a scaled approach
Required qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a customer/stakeholder-facing role such as Consultancy, Customer Success, or Sales
- Strong communication skills to guide customers through the AI adoption journey
- Ability to experiment with new ideas and iterate based on feedback
- Motivated, systematic, and resilient with a focus on customer-oriented solutions
- Willingness to embrace the brand's intelligent and authentic values
