Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Owning the customer program end-to-end, the remote Engagement Manager will be responsible for managing client engagements from contract signature through expansion, ensuring excellence in delivery while collaborating with account teams and directing technical resources.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer programs, ensuring clear milestones and accountability for outcomes
• Collaborate with account teams to scope engagements effectively and bridge sales with execution
• Lead delivery teams to keep programs on track and drive customer adoption and growth

Required qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles such as implementations or technical program management
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and turn executive conversations into actionable plans
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or pods with a focus on execution
• Technical fluency in software architecture and data science practices
• Background in regulated industries like life sciences or financial services is a plus
