Engagement Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise Generative AI platform project, the remote Engagement Manager will coordinate teams, manage scope, budget, and schedule, while serving as the primary delivery interface for customer stakeholders on a 12-week contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery plan, schedule, and milestone tracking across project teams
• Serve as the delivery point of contact for customer stakeholders, managing expectations proactively
• Maintain a programme-level RAID log and identify delivery risks early for resolution

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in delivery/engagement management within technology consulting or professional services
• Experience managing engagement financials, budgets, and commercial governance
• Proven ability to manage senior customer relationships and multi-team projects
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
• Demonstrated ability to hold informed conversations on AI/ML and Generative AI topics
