Job Summary
As the senior owner of strategic customer engagements, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will lead complex implementations, drive long-term value realization for enterprise customers, and ensure alignment with their strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end customer engagements, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing value realization
- Lead project and program delivery by managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple work streams
- Engage senior customer stakeholders to build trusted relationships and facilitate steering committees, aligning solutions with strategic priorities
Required qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, management consulting, or customer success/professional services roles
- Direct experience leading complex implementation projects in medium or large enterprises
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong project and program management skills with a track record of engaging C-level stakeholders
