Job Summary
Managing multiple small to medium-sized projects remotely, the full-time Engagement Manager will execute project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the Manager, Implementation in delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Manage project elements, including risk and issue management, while ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
- Deliver projects within agreed budgets and timelines, implementing appropriate delivery practices and methods
- Create communication plans and facilitate meetings to establish project infrastructure for information sharing
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience managing projects and/or service delivery
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English in a business environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
