Job Summary
Owning the full client lifecycle post-sale, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, run end-to-end research engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients derive maximum value from Pogo's AI-powered platform.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion for clients to ensure fast time-to-value
- Conduct end-to-end research engagements, including scoping studies and reviewing AI-generated insights
- Collaborate with the GTM team on renewals and expansion opportunities while providing internal feedback to shape the product roadmap
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a management consulting firm or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with primary consumer research, either qualitative or quantitative, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for research and analysis
