Job Summary
Leading a team of Integration Consultants, the full-time Engagement Manager will mentor staff, oversee customer onboarding metrics, and drive process improvements in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of five Integration Consultants to ensure exceptional customer outcomes
- Oversee Integration Consultant activities, manage customer escalations, and serve as a trusted advisor for best practices
- Continuously improve delivery processes and documentation while providing pre-sales support and conducting internal training
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated success in leading or managing a professional services, consulting, or customer-facing team
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling and task management
- Technical aptitude and comfort with SaaS platforms and integration tools
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across internal teams and with external customers
- Self-motivated learner who proactively advances their product and industry knowledge
