Job Summary
Owning the full client lifecycle post-sale, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will manage onboarding, research engagements, and client relationships while translating insights from Pogo's AI-powered platform into actionable business strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete client lifecycle from onboarding to study design and delivery, ensuring timely value realization
- Lead end-to-end research engagements, collaborating with clients to scope studies and review AI-generated insights
- Act as a trusted advisor, addressing strategic questions and identifying opportunities for account renewals and expansions
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a management consulting firm or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with primary consumer research, either qualitative or quantitative, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance research and output quality
