Job Summary
Owning the full client lifecycle post-sale, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will manage client relationships, run end-to-end research engagements, and translate insights from Pogo's AI-powered platform to drive business decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding, study design, delivery, and expansion for clients to ensure fast time-to-value
- Run research engagements by scoping studies, configuring them in the platform, and debriefing insights with client executives
- Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with the GTM team on renewals and identifying opportunities for account growth
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with primary consumer research, either qualitative or quantitative, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to earn credibility with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance research and outputs
