Job Summary
Owning the full client lifecycle post-sale, the full-time remote Engagement Manager will manage onboarding, study design, and delivery while serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from Pogo's AI-powered platform.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete client lifecycle from onboarding to expansion, ensuring timely delivery of insights
- Conduct end-to-end research engagements, including scoping studies and reviewing AI-generated insights with clients
- Collaborate with the GTM team to identify opportunities for renewals and revenue growth within client accounts
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a management consulting firm or similar client-facing environment
- Experience in primary consumer research, either qualitative or quantitative, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and earn credibility with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance research and synthesis processes
