Engagement Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the contract-to-permanent Engagement Manager will guide clients through successful solution delivery, acting as the primary contact and managing project schedules, budgets, and client interactions in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customers, managing day-to-day interactions and project schedules
• Provide weekly project status reports, manage budgets, and handle change requests
• Lead business strategy workshops and collaborate with technical teams to design client solutions

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years of hands-on implementation experience with PPM or Work Management platforms in a SaaS or consulting environment
• Proven project management experience, preferably at the enterprise level
• Strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Microsoft products
• Ability to learn and master new technologies with a technical and analytical mindset
